How it works

From one template to every recipient

Five steps, and after the first send only the data changes.

  1. 01Step 1

    Create a template

    Write the email once, in the shape every recipient will receive.

  2. 02Step 2

    Add variables

    Put {{full_name}} wherever the content should change per person.

  3. 03Step 3

    Connect a dataset

    Upload a CSV, Excel or JSON file with one row per recipient.

  4. 04Step 4

    Preview the result

    Check how the template resolves against real rows before sending.

  5. 05Step 5

    Send

    Each recipient gets their own version, from your own account.

Variables are just your column names.

Wrap a name in double braces and it becomes a variable. It works in the subject line and anywhere in the body, so the whole message can change per recipient — not only the greeting.

{{full_name}}{{email}}{{company}}{{amount}}{{reference_number}}

You map each variable to a column in your dataset, which means your spreadsheet keeps the headings it already has. A column called document_number can feed {{reference_number}} without renaming anything.

Mapping is saved per template, so one dataset can drive several different emails.

Map dataset columns to template variables
  • full_name{{full_name}}
  • email{{email}}
  • company{{company}}
  • amount{{amount}}
  • document_number{{reference_number}}

What if a row is missing a value?

Rows that cannot be sent as prepared are marked Blocked rather than sent with a gap in the middle of a sentence. Blocked means nothing was attempted and the fix is yours: correct the address, fill in the missing field, then prepare the campaign again.

That is deliberately separate from Failed, which means a send was attempted and the mail provider rejected it.
